Obituary of Anthony F. Guglielmo

Anthony F. Guglielmo, age 83, of Trumbull, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of 60 years to Rose Marie (Dion) Guglielmo. Born in Bridgeport on June 13, 1940, he was the son of the Antonio and Concetta (Zenobio) Guglielmo and was a longtime resident of Trumbull.

Mr. Guglielmo was a graduate of Bullard Havens High School and received his Mechanical Engineering Degree at the former Bridgeport Engineering School, which is now Fairfield University. He later took a position at Sikorsky Aircraft as Mechanical Engineer and worked as project manager of the Black Hawk helicopter until his retirement after 35 years of dedicated service. He was a member of the Corvette Club of Connecticut.

In addition to his beloved wife Rose Marie, survivors include his two loving children, Mark Anthony Guglielmo and Marie Rose Guglielmo and her husband William Wonneberger, as well as his sister, Angela Guglielmo. 

Graveside funeral services will take place on Friday, April 26, 2024 at 11:00 am directly in the St. Monica Mausoleum of Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 1056 Daniels Farm Rd., Trumbull. There will be no calling hours.
