Obituary of Victor M. Marella

Victor M. Marella, age 77, of Bridgeport, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2015 in Ludlowe Health Care Center. Born in Bridgeport on March 18, 1938, he was a son of the late Michael J. Sr. and Antoinette Braca Marella. Victor was the owner and operator of Centorella Construction for many years. A great father, grandfather, brother and friend, he will be remembered for his outgoing personality and sense of humor. Survivors include two children, John Marella of Bridgeport and Andrea Zamuda and her husband Gary of Burlington, VT, their mother, Rosemary Pasqua of Florida, four grandchildren, Victor and Brittany Marella and Hailey and Luke Zamuda, a brother, Michael J. Marella, Jr. and his wife Judy of Bridgeport and a sister, Joann Nanni and her husband Anthony of Trumbull as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a son Victor Marella. Friends can greet the family on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 from 4-8 p.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull. A prayer service will take place on Wednesday night at 7:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
