Doreen Gombar Caiola, age 63, of Trumbull, an employee of Porricelli’s Supermarket, died on Monday, February 6, 2006 at St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Bridgeport on October 26, 1942, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Wanda Klimkowski Gombar. She enjoyed trips to Disney World and spending time with her grandchildren and was an avid Men’s UCONN Basketball fan. Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Samuel Caiola, Jr., a son, Samuel Caiola, III and his wife, Karen of Trumbull, a daughter, Kim Wisniewski and her husband, Gregg of Ansonia, two brothers, Albert Gombar and his wife, Linda of Westport and Gary Gombar and his wife, Donna of New Britain, three grandchildren, Deanna and Delaney Wisniewski and Emily Caiola, her father-in-law, Sam Caiola, Sr., sister-in-law, Marcia Dostilio and her husband, Joe, dear friend, Susan Lipka, as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral InformationFriends and relatives are invited to meet directly on Thursday, February 9, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Theresa Church, 5301 Main St., Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. There will be no calling hours.
