Joyce Fletcher D’Addario, age 78, of Trumbull, died peacefully on Thursday, May 13, 2010 at her daughter’s residence. Born on August 4, 1931 in Bridgeport, she was a daughter of the late William and Marguerite Neville Fletcher. Mrs. D’Addario worked alongside her late husband Peter F. D’Addario for many years as the bookkeeper at the P. F. D’Addario Music Store. A devoted wife and mother, she will be fondly remembered for the dedication she had to the care of her family. Joyce is survived by her loving daughter, Denise D. Weed and her son-in-law, Dr. William C. Weed of Trumbull, four grandchildren, Peter Fletcher Weed, Allison Hanson Weed, John Conant Weed and William Curtis Weed Jr., her brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Dorothy Fletcher of Shelton, a sister-in-law, Nancy Pinto and a beloved nephew Al D’Addario and his wife Cheryl as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, Mrs. D’Addario was pre-deceased by a brother Walter Fletcher and a sister Peggy Eisenman. The family would like to thank Grasmere, Middlebrook Farms and Vitas Hospice for all of their care. Funeral InformationFuneral services will take place on Monday, May 17, 2010 at10:30 a.m. from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull and at 11 a.m. in St. Theresa Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Nichols Village Cemetery, Trumbull. Friends may call on Monday morning from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
