Maureen Buckley Carloni, age 73, beloved wife of Quinto Carlo Carloni of Trumbull, died on Monday, March 2, 2009 in St. Vincent Medical Center, Bridgeport. Born in Bridgeport on September 14, 1935, she was a daughter of Stella Stodoski Buckley of Bridgeport and the late James Buckley. She enjoyed traveling and camping with her family and could often be found knitting and reading. In addition to her husband and mother, survivors include a daughter Lenore Carloni of Trumbull, two sons, Greg Carloni and his wife Joanne of Gilbert, AZ and Matthew Carloni and his wife Tara of Monroe, two brothers, Gerald and Robert Buckley, both of Trumbull, eleven grandchildren, Marissa, Brittney, Anthony, Courtney, Matthew, Danielle, Allison, Nicole, Michelle, Michael and David, three great grandchildren, Ayden, Isabella and Tristan. She was pre-deceased by a daughter, Carla Marie Carloni Parente and a son Marc Francis Carloni. Funeral InformationFuneral services will take place on Saturday, March 7, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:00 a.m. in Christ the King Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Friends may call on Friday from 4-8 p.m. |
