Florence K. Petrocelli R.N.

June 30, 1932 - November 24, 2009

Florence Reynolds Petrocelli, R.N., age 77, of Trumbull, beloved wife of the late Louis Petrocelli, died on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 in Bridgeport Hospital. Born in Queens, NY on June 30, 1932, she was a daughter of the late William G. and Florence MacDonald Reynolds and was raised in Georgetown, CT. Mrs. Petrocelli graduated from the Bridgeport Hospital School of Nursing in 1953 and retired as a registered nurse for Norwalk Hospital. She was a former member of the Pequonnock Yacht Club Women’s Auxiliary. Survivors include a son Michael W. Petrocelli, two daughters, Kathy Roscoe and Jackie Crader and her husband Tim, all of Trumbull, two brothers, Richard Reynolds and his wife Connie of Redding and Gerard Reynolds and his wife Cathy of Georgetown, a sister-in-law Rosita Petrocelli, eight grandchildren, Alicia, Joey, Louie, Tiffany, Nikki, Jenna, Wesley and Amanda as well as several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Information

Funeral services will take place on Saturday, November 28, 2009 at 8:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 9:00 a.m. in St. Theresa Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Friday from 4-8 p.m.
