Matilda Riscile

Matilda DeLuca Riscile, age 87, of Seymour, died on Monday, June 7, 2010 in Griffin Hospital. Born in Bridgeport on May 7, 1923, she was a daughter of the late Luigi and Michelina Nardella DeLuca. She was pre-deceased by her husband Frank S. Riscile, a son Frank S. Riscile Jr. and four sisters, Virginia Scinto, Josephine Morelli, Anna Maietto and Phyllis Caiola. Survivors include her loving daughter Marguerite DeBiase and her husband Deacon Joseph DeBiase of Seymour, three grandchildren Joseph, Michael and Mario DeBiase, brother-in-law, Samuel Caiola of Bridgeport, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Information

Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 11:00 a.m. in Holy Family Church, Fairfield for a Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m.
