Antonio A. Oliveira

February 20, 1953 - January 19, 2007

Antonio A. Oliveira, age 53, of Stratford, owner and operator of Oliveira Limousine, died on Friday, January 19, 2007 at Stamford Hospital. Born in Benavente, Vila Franca, Portugal on February 20, 1953, he was a son of Antonio De Oliveira of Portugal and the late Rosa Cardoso. Mr. Oliveira came to the U.S. in 1986. He cherished the time he spent with his family and always gave of himself to the needs of others before his own. He was an avid trap shooter, and volunteered as a firefighter in Portugal for over 15 years. Survivors include his beloved wife of 32 years, Maria Teresa Cardoso, two loving daughters, Tania Oliveira and companion Robert Gaspar of Stratford and Patricia Oliveira and companion James Bruno of Farmingdale, NY, sisters, Rosalia De Oliveira and Antonieta Badal, his mother-in-law, Maria Isabel-Da Paz and father-in-law, Jose Pedro Da Paz, an uncle, Antonio Jose Bacatelo, all of Portugal as well as several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Information

Funeral services will take place on Monday, January 22, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. Interment will follow in Lawncroft Cemetery, Fairfield. Friends may call on Sunday from 1-5 p.m.
