Tina Klem

Trumbull Resident

Tina Klem, an eleven-year resident of Trumbull, passed away peacefully at Yale-New Haven Hospital on August 2, 2010, surrounded by her loving family. She fought courageously, but lost her three-month battle against an overwhelming medical condition. She was the beloved wife of Laurence Klem, mother of Adam and Kyle, and loving daughter of Richard and Marie Vitucci, of Darien. She was also survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Katherine Vitucci, Jr., their sons, Max and Miles, of Norwalk; her father-and mother-in-law, Bernard and Rosalind Klem, of Stamford; her brother-in-law, Jordan Klem, and his son, Aaron, of Fairfield; and her aunt and uncle Salvatore and Jane Ceraldi, of Somers, New York.
Mrs. Klem, 39, was a native of Darien and graduated from Darien High School in 1988. She held a B.S. in Psychology from Colorado State University, and a Masters Degree in Social Work from Columbia University. She was Chief Clinical Officer for the Regional Network of Programs in Shelton, CT. Prior to joining RNP, Tina was Vice President of Liberation Meridian Guenster in Stamford, CT for ten years. She was also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
Tina will be sorely missed by her family, who loved her beyond measure, and by her many friends and colleagues. She will live in our hearts and memories forever.

Funeral Information

The family will be receiving visitors at Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road (Route 127), Trumbull, CT, on Friday August 6th, 2010, between the hours of 3pm and 8pm. A Memorial Service will also be held at Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, on Saturday, August 7th, 2010, at 11am. The burial will be immediately following at Nichols Farm Burial Grounds, on Cemetery Drive in Trumbull.
