Robert J. Leonetti age 68, of Trumbull, died on Saturday February 21, 2009 in St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Bridgeport on August 9, 1940, he was a son of the late Louis and Josephine Cascone Leonetti. Robert was the owner and operator of Superior Construction Co. and was a U.S. Army veteran. Along with his uncle, Joseph Leonetti, Robert was a 4th Degree Member Knight of Columbus St. Francis X Cabrini Council 4096. Survivors include his beloved wife of 41 years Marcia Mihalko Leonetti, a brother, Stephen Leonetti of Ansonia, a sister Dolores Merly of Buffalo NY, an aunt, Maria Grace Gallo of Bridgeport, brother in law, Mark Mihalko of FL, dear friends, Tom and Ann Gallo, Bobby Ventresca Jr and Bob Monahan as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Funeral InformationFuneral services will take place on Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:00 a.m. in the Orthodox Greek Catholic Church of St. John the Baptist, Stratford. Interment will follow in St. John Cemetery, Monroe. Friends may call on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. Panachida Services will take place at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
