Morton Irwin Daves

August 16, 1935 - August 13, 2007

DAVES – Morton Irwin Daves, age 71, of Trumbull, died on August 13, 2007, at his home in Trumbull, where he resided for 14 years. Born in Brooklyn, NY, on August 16, 1935, he was a son of the late Sol and Bertha Rubin Daves. He was a graduate of the University of Tennessee and later received an M.B.A. Mr. Daves had a lifelong career in commercial real estate management. Most recently, he was employed at First Quality Maintenance, NYC, and Barhite-Holzinger Real Estate, White Plains, NY. He was a retired member of the Redding Volunteer Fire Co. No. 1. Survivors include his beloved wife, Frances Fisher Daves; three daughters, Stacey Daves -Ohlin and her husband Ricky, Samantha Daves, and Jennifer Daves; a son Bryan Daves and his wife Fern, and a granddaughter Sydney Ohlin.

Funeral Information

The family will receive friends on Friday August 17, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
