Frank P. Scinto, age 90, of Stratford, a retired auditor for the State of Connecticut, died on Wednesday, February 16, 2005 at his residence. Born in Bridgeport on June 17, 1914, he was a son of the late Peter and Mary Verrilli Scinto and a U. S. Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Adele Fonter Scinto, a brother, Patrick Scinto and his wife, Pauline of North Fort Myers, Florida, a sister, Antoinette Creatura of Bridgeport, a step-son, Howard Mergen and his wife, Christine of Milford, two grandchildren, Eric Mergen and Holly Hoang, five great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Funeral InformationFriends are invited to meet directly in Our Lady of Peach Church, 230 Park Blvd., Stratford on Saturday, February 19, 2005 at 9:00 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. There will be no calling hours. |
