Mary Scalzo Vito, age 88, of Bridgeport, a homemaker, died Monday, December 27, 2004. Born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania on August 7, 1916, she was the daughter of the late Santo and Teresa Perri Scalzo and was a former Danbury resident before moving to Bridgeport over 60 years ago. Mrs. Vito was pre-deceased by her husband, Louis J. Vito. Survivors include a daughter, Beverly Seymour of Stratford, two grandsons, Daniel and Joseph Verderame as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral InformationFuneral services will take place on Thursday, December 30, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 11:00 a.m. in Holy Rosary Church, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport.
