Kevin Whitted, age 51, of Bridgeport, died on Wednesday, September 15, 2004. Born in Bridgeport, he was a son of Robert Lee Whitted of Bridgeport and the late Ruby Lee Lanier Whitted. Kevin was a client of the Kennedy Center, and will be remembered for his laugh and his ability to care for others. In addition to his mother, he was predeceased by his grandmother, Mattie King, two sisters, Geraldine Fewell and Joan Early and a brother, Ronald Whitted. In addition to his father, survivors include four sisters, Karen Johnson of Rock Hill, South Carolina, Dr. Norma Browder of Washington, DC, Marjorie Martin of Bridgeport and Rachelle Mitchell of Milford, a brother, Robert Whitted Jr of Meriden and many nieces and nephews. Funeral InformationFriends can meet on Saturday, September 18, 2004, Directly at 9 am in Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 163 Ortega Ave. Bridgeport, for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Milford.
