Rosario J. Bacarella

Rosario J. Bacarella, age 92, of Trumbull, died on Saturday, June 23, 2007 in St. Joseph Manor, Trumbull. Born in Brooklyn, New York on October 2, 1914, he was a son of the late Marcantonio and Marietta Caronna Bacarella. He was a proud member of Teamster’s Local 584 of New York City. Survivors include his wife of 70 years, Josephine Pascone Bacarella, a son, Anthony V. Bacarella and his wife Barbara of Fairfield, a daughter, Mary Ann Pintek of Trumbull, six grandchildren, Rosario Bacarella and his wife, Susan, Leonard Bacarella, Claudia Ghitsa and her husband Chris, Marc Maas and his wife Debbie, Kelly Gil and Stephen Pintek, all of Bridgeport and 14 great grandchildren. He was pre-deceased by two brothers, Vito and Salvatore Bacarella and daughter-in-law, Silvana Bacarella.

Private family funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, June 26, 2007 from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
