Arlene Faiella

August 26, 1930 - May 27, 2007

Arlene Genetti Faiella, passed in peace on Sunday, May 27, 2007 in Florida to join her beloved son Peter. Arlene was born in Bridgeport in 1930, the daughter of Theodore and Julia Genetti. She was a life long resident until 1995, when she retired to New Port Richey, Florida. She is predeceased by her youngest son, Peter Faiella. She is survived by her loving husband, Salvatore Faiella, who has cared for her devotedly through her prolonged illness. She is also survived by her children and their spouses; Sal and Nancy Faiella of Shelton, Ted and Diane Faiella of Monroe and Julianne and Carlos Gonzalez of Merritt Island, Florida. She is also survived by her eight grandsons. She will be greatly missed by her sister, Sandra Heher of Trumbull and her brother and his wife, Theodore and Nancy Genetti of Richardson, Texas. Arlene’s greatest joy in life was her family.

Funeral Information

Funeral services will take place on Friday, June 1, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 11:00 a.m. in St. Catherine of Siena Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, May 31, 2007 from 4-8 p.m.
